"Awesome Stay"

We booked a suite..and the room was big. Facilities were good. This hotel is too good to be true. Staffs were polite.

Maybe expand the breakfast choices.

"Never booking this place again ever !"

The rooms were clean but the bed was horrible….this cannot be termed as a hotel…it’s just a lodge….restaurant does not have any food….night we reached,that time there was no food….breakfast buffet was horrible…we paid 250 rupees each for buffet…they had no other food

I wanted to check out and nobody helped with the luggage….nobody seems to care about the guests …it’s jus about collecting the money when u enter the hotel and forget about the rest f the stay

Food ordered at nyt was undercooked, but staff was good at restaurant. We had a very bad experience with one of the female receptionist
