Y un accueil Aucun sourire C est désespérant De plus pendant 3 jours une sud américaine !!!! Très occupé pendue au téléphone !!! ´Juste au dessus de moi Pour ceux qui font souvent à l hôtel il comprendrons

PERSONNEL DE LA RÉCEPTION TRÈS DESAGREABLE , PAS DU TOUT PROFESSIONNEL. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sur le parking de l'hotel, en passant par LEROY MERLIN, en cherchant désespérément l'accueil du CAMPANILE, on a appelé pour savoir ou était la réception, et on nous a répondu d'un air de deux air, qu'on y était. Ah oui ! bien sur LE COMPTOIR !!! UNE ÉVIDENCE !!! Même à l'arrière du bâtiment, aucune inscription Campanile ! Il n'y a que le personnel qui connait, en fait ! Les clients n'ont qu'a sortir leur boule de cristal pour trouver ! Si les clients GONFLENT le personnel, il y a une bonne adresse pour lui : POLE-EMPLOI ! CHANGEZ DE MÉTIER, CELUI-LA N'EST PAS FAIT POUR VOUS.

LE LOGO "CAMPANILE" N'EST PAS VISIBLE LORSQU'ON ARRIVE SUR LE ROND-POINT !!!! QUAND ON NE CONNAIT PAS LE SECTEUR ON NE LE VOIT PAS. CE QUE L'ON VOIT EN ARRIVANT C'EST "LE COMPTOIR" ..........................................!!!!! CAFÉ / RESTAURANT LE COMPTOIR !!!!!!!! QUEL RAPPORT AVEC LE NOM CAMPANILE ???? COMMENT ON DEVINE QUE C'EST LA ???? LORSQU'ON CONTINUE ET QUE L'ON APERÇOIT "CAMPANILE" SUR LE TOIT, TROP TARD, ON A DÉPASSÉ L’ENTRÉE . COMMENT POUVEZ-VOUS NE PAS VOUS ÊTRE APERÇU DE CE PROBLÈME !!!! C'EST INSENSÉ !!!!!

Location was good, walking distance to the rugby stadium.

The room was located at the back of the building, but the Wi-Fi signal did not reach there at all. Since I needed to work, I called the front desk to ask about the Wi-Fi connection in the lobby, but they said they didn’t know. I asked again at checkout, but the staff replied that the Wi-Fi was not their responsibility, so they couldn’t provide any information.

We liked the comfortable bed, the clean bathroom, the good shower. The room is small but meet the expectations with a big window. The continental breakfast was very good in a nice and wide space.

It was all ok but a little expensive for this kind of room.

Lorsque ne pouvant pas ouvrir ma chambre je suis revenue à l accueil, la personne présente, semblait se moquer, sourire narquois aux lèvres en m expliquant qu il fallait lever la poignée...comme si c était évident bien sûr

d'un point de vue propreté il y aurait à redire : sous le lit le ménage n'a pas été fait convenablement et il y avait un objet que je n'ai pas identifié car ce n'est pas à moi de le retirer
