"Bon séjour dans l'ensemble"

Le manque de restauration, car le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé, dommage j'avais retenu pour cela aussi, ne pas devoir reprendre le véhicule pour diner.

Chambre propre et calme

Lors de l'arrivée accueil glacial très mal accueilli par l'accueil, quand la technicienne de surface est passée pour nettoyer la chambre ce que j'aurais préféré c'est qu'elle frappe avant d'entrer.

Aceptable todo en general.

Que estando tan cerca de España y con muchos españoles visitando Lourdes, en recepción no hablen algo de Español o por lo menos lo intenten. Todo lo contrario a nosotros, que vienen a visitarnos ingleses, alemanes, franceses, etc ... y les ponemos de todo para que se sientan como en sus paises.
