I liked the service provided from the hotel

The same food everyday in dinner disappointed me a lot as we can’t customise the plan.

Simple, clean and spacious rooms

Nothing not to dislike

Great location and rooms were well equipped and maintained. Liked the cafe style breakfast buffet setup which really sets the mood of the day like a vacation.

Everything was good, but I felt while ordering in-room dining, the staff took quite some time in serving beverages (chai/coffee). These are some quick serves so shouldnt take much time like food.

Decent sized room but a bit pricey given the size. For that rate I could have gone for a 4-star hotel.

The cafe attached to the hotel provided breakfast as part of the price. But the really surprising thing was that they didn't allow us to eat dinner at the venue because the whole venue had been booked for another birthday event! This was odd and should not have been the case. Guests were not allowed to eat there. What's the point of having a cafe then? Request management to look into this and avoid it in the future.

Unprofessional management. Terrible front office staff. Booked this hotel as part of a wedding function, 1. Claimed to have cancelled my booking as I didn't prepay, 2. Was never told I had to prepay or else the booking will be cancelled, 3. Even when told I have a confirmed in booking.com and I have not received any cancellation, 4. Had to get the groom involved, who managed to sort it out, 5. Management was initially adamant and unapologetic for the deceitful way I was told that booking was cancelled due to non payment even though: a. I was never told to prepay to avoid cancellation, b. I was constantly in touch with them, c. The booking was never cancelled in booking.com. Was active throughout this ordeal! 6. Post a long back and forth, some hotel rep realised the mistake and acknowledged that they made a mistake and mixed out booking with some other booking. This first impression kind of ruined the whole experience.
