The room description is 'Luxury suite with balcony'. There is no trace of luxury or a suite or even the basic requirements in a room. It is very rundown, dirty and they don't provide basic toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, etc. The fridge did not work, the bedsheets were stained, towels were not provided, had to be requested and even the key card didn't work and had to be activated again and again by going down to the reception.Worst experience ever!! Felt totally chested with the pictures and description given on booking.com, overly priced for a dirty, non luxurious roomwould not recommend anyone to go there.

The Staff was amicable and very cooperative. I would recommend the hotel to my friends who are traveling to Pune. The hotel met all the expectations and was worth staying.
