It was horrible in every way.

No wifi No power Dirty rooms No kitchen A LOT of cockroaches in on and under every surface Uncooperative staff Hated every moment of it

Room was messy and I was not satisfied with this property of fab hotels

Room has bad odour, cockroaches are moving.

A/c & TV were not working.

Staff was cooperative..

Pay extra money for checking in at 10 am on the day of booking. Cockroaches in the room, toilet flush was not working, stained bedsheets and pillow and many more stuff. I paid 300 extra for just early check in and in return I received these facilities from the hotel.

There was no breakfast. we managed to have the breakfast outside. Looking at the rooms and overall hygiene I don’t think they provide breakfast facility.

Rooms were dirty and they were not in an operating situation specially washrooms as water wasn’t working and there was a problem with the main door locking . Rooms were not clean and had fungus on the walls and cockroaches all over. There is no lift as well so one should keep a note of this if anyone is travelling with the senior citizens. Fab hotel should keep in mind that photos uploaded on the website or app are not real and are very misleading to the customer who want to book the hotel rooms. So stop misleading the customers.

I had the absolute misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I deeply regret my decision. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority here. The room was filthy – the bed linens were stained, and I’m not even sure they had been changed since the last guest. The room itself was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. There were sight of cockroaches crawling across the floor and walls was horrifying.
