Bathroom was not clean. Bucket and Mug were shabby with calcium deposited due to hard water. 2-3 Cocroaches were there beneath TV Table.

Basically nothing. The reception guy was nice and helpful enough though.

Room wasn’t clean. Wi fi was extremely slow as well. I found bugs on the bed. Bathroom wasn’t very nice either

The staff was not cooperative at all. On the very first day they were reluctant to accomodate 3 of us in one room despite booking room with extra mattress. One day they said lunch not available at 2 pm due to absence of Chef however we could sense kitchen of hotel was in full swing preparing meal for marriage party guests. Also morning breakfast arrived at 9.15 am and very late. All these things were really unacceptable. The staff lack hospitality and punctuality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all to my friends.
