Royal Green Residency Chennai Airport

I am not availed due to reach airport in the early morning.

Property location and staff approach is nice.

Location

Very good location on the main road and only 3 km from the airport. Quiet place to sleep. Good restaurants very near the hotel that are reasonably priced.

I reached late evening and the guy at the reception spoke only Tamil and did not understand anything and was very rude. He connected me to another person over phone who was helpful. He booked a taxi to take me back at the airport early morning at 2:30 am but the taxi did not come on time and the night guy at the reception was very unhelpful when I asked him where was the taxi. I had to separately book a taxi through Uber and managed to get my 5 am flight in the end. The Wifi works well at the reception but not at the room where I stayed.

Very odd location Not clean at all The bathrooms were not clean

They asked more then the booked cost and no so good to stay

Unclean and worst of the ambience

The receptionist was good and friendly and the hotel was close to the airport. The rooms were decent but could have been better.

The room was a bit weared out compared to that shown in the images. The neighbourhood close to the property was a bit unsanitary with waste bins, and a bit difficult to access the building from the main-road with a luggage.
