Nothing.

I booked online to stay overnight to get the flight the next morning. Accordingly I arrived at 11am hoping to stay but the receptionist said although they have my booking details they don't have any rooms left as they had given it to someone else. With the help of the taxi driver I managed to get a room at another hotel. The taxi driver said this was the third time he experienced the same and wanted me to complain to the booking.com.

After the confirmation while visiting the hotel they are saying that all rooms are full(Even confirmation thru phone call) if you need we will arrange another hotel that is 4 km outside. So I stayed in another location that was very horrible.
