Location is good and easily accessible to airport. But didn't get any North india food near by hotel

It is a very old building, not value for money. You are willing get better rooms near by for less amount.

Booked Hotel location near to GST road for my father (75 yr old) for his easy access to nearby shops but he had been asked to move to other location few km away (Pozhichalur). Can't accept being told as 'Rooms are full near to GST road location' upon arrival though received confirmation in Booking.com earlier. Eventually contacted manager and asked to help my father for his needs which he did well and it is the only positive i can say in this stay.

They have cancelled my booking without any information to med stating that I have not paid any advance amount to hold my booking, since I reached late night (as informed of arrival), it was a tough job to look into a place for my stay. Unexpected and unacceptable way of behaviour by the property staff & management.
