The property itself was fresh and beautifully decorated with a modern vibe. I was particularly impressed with the art in all the halls and stairwells. The impression from the moment you walk in is “this is the place you want to be!” The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. When we had an issue, Maeve was on top of things to make it right. And it’s the little things that made a great impression: the record player with records in the room, thr bath bomb for the tub, the free ice cream at the ready in the lobby for concert goers, the incredible gym facilities with a steam room, sauna and all kinds of little bonus items that even most gyms don’t have. We would definitely stay here again!

Would have liked a few more simple breakfast options.

The staff were so lovely and friendly. They kindly let us check in an hour early with no notice from us. We just thought we’d leave out bags there for a while and come back but they gave us a room. The rooms were so beautiful and clean. The pool and sauna area was gorgeous. Overall experience was brilliant. Would recommend !!

We weren’t overly gone on the food but the rooftop was amazing

Lovely place, nice staff. Special mention to the galway girl in the residents bar. Made a big effort to chat to us and showed interest in us.

No desk with mirror to get ready at in the room, Sophie’s rooftop closed early for drinks when we wanted to go up to see it. Seems more logical to move anyone left in the residents bar to the nice bar upstairs, rather than closing that one and leaving the one downstairs closed. Nespresso machine may have been a bit dodgy (we could also be stupid) but we went through three of the pods before it worked.

Location, Staff and clean

Sophie’s Rooftop restaurant service poor for dinner but much better for breakfast. food is reasonably good could be better, the bread at starters was warmer than the actual hot starters, considering the price in this restaurant definitely could be much better.

The bar area was great. The food was not to our liking but that could just be us. The staff was great and the lounging area on the main floor was really nice to hang out as a family. The pool, and other amenities were enjoyed.

We had to upgrade our room. When we arrived and saw how small the room was, it would have been very difficult to be comfortable. There is no storage either at all. Putting a suitcase in the couch is the only option. The bathroom is very nice size, almost too big for the room size.
