Heart of Ella

We had the best stay! The rooms were exactly like the photos, they were clean and beautifully maintained. The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible. The property is a little outside of town, which makes it peaceful and relaxing. It's not within walking distance from the town but it's perfect if you have transport or don't mind a quick tuk-tuk ride. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our two-night stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

In morning water came out in the room probably from the mini fridge . Whole room got wet . There were lot of ants in the washroom which made t little uncomfortable

It’s not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Towels are bad quality, room doors don’t close properly, rooms are smaller than advertised. Laundry services shrank some of our clothes, even when asking for cold washing (which was obviously not done)

La vue est magnifique c’est le point fort de cet hôtel. Le personnel est chaleureux et au petit soin, ça fait vraiment plaisir.

Les draps étaient tachés et je dirais qu’il faudrait rafraîchir le bâtiment ou la déco…
