Heart of Ella

Erg goed hotel!! Heel goed geholpen door alle lieve mensen van het hotel, hun zorgde ervoor dat het een erg fijn verblijf was! Prachtige kamer met uitzicht over de bergen! Het ontbijt is perfect! Elke dag weer wat anders maar allemaal even smaakvol! De porties zijn voldoende! Ella ligt in de buurt maar omdat het hotel wat hoger ligt, hebben wij elke keer een tuktuk gepakt! Het hotel regelde dit voor ons of reden zelf als het uitkwam!

Our family stay experience was good overall. The only issue was the limited basic restaurant options nearby, and at night the area becomes very dark with many stray dogs around, making it difficult to go outside, especially with kids. Other than that, everything was okay.

Room given was different from what was booked way dirty

Pathetic washroom , mattress ,sheets were dirty ,walls were so stained

The owner is so nice and helpful, the view from hotel is stunning

El servicio del señor del hotel fue impecable. Nos ayudó con todas las maletas y hasta nos lavó la ropa. Nos dejó cambiarnos a una habitación mejor por el mismo precio. Súper recomendable sin duda.

Está un poco a desmano del centro del pueblito, pero sin duda merece la pena desviarte 5 minutos. Las vistas son espectaculares.
