Grand Cliff Ella

The scenery is very beautiful, the hotel can see the beautiful scenery on the mountain, you can see the sunrise and sunset, the mountains in the distance, you can hear the natural waterfall on the mountain, the babbling water, the environment is beautiful, the hotel owner and staff are very friendly, prepared us a delicious dinner, as well as a nutritious breakfast!

Because the ecological environment is too good, there are some bugs and ants and mosquitoes, I hope the hotel can provide mosquito repellent liquid in the future, which can drive mosquitoes and bugs away～

The scenery was very impressive. Room with attached bathroom were cleaned and attractive. They had provided facilities that mentioned in the website.

Location is near to ella town thats it

The features are horrible. Even they mentioned in booking.com is different but the actual is different. I just called to one lady because of i didnt expect this kind of room with without any view (tree view 😁).she was rude for me and told to me this is budget hotel thats it. But in ella 10k is not a budget because i am very familiar with ella even my cousins also located in ella. Byw i wish for future business.

First of all, it's a great location with a breathtaking view of the Ella Mountain range. It's close to Ella Center but just far enough from the hustle bustle of the town so that you can have a relaxing stay. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. Rooms were big enough and comfortable with basic amenities as expected. Rooms were clean and nicely made and on request, they clean rooms everyday. Meals are available on request for a reasonable price, and the breakfast was super tasty, and portion sizes are more than enough. There are minor improvements needed for the rooms, but it's really nothing to worry about as management is now upgrading the rooms. Basically it's a great budget hotel with a luxurious view. Superb value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed two nights here,This place is wonderful, view, near to the ella town, very easy excesses to the tourist spots, staff is really welcoming, well recommended place, really enjoyed my vacation.

Excellent location two minutes from town. Absolutely lovely family - although not much English spoken they did everything they could to help you, and were genuine and kind. Basic accommodation but only £12 per head per night!

There was some building work going on next door but likely to be completed soon so not a problem really.
