Location and view were perfect!

Small sitting area in the room. The table and two chairs were very small.

Breakfast was very good each day. Lots of options and good quality! Great views

Hot tub jets were not working

Everything was wonderful. The view is perfect, the staff amazing, the whole location is in the middle of everything.

We loved everything!

We had a lovely three nights in a junior suite 3 with a jacuzzi on the balcony from which we enjoyed amazing sunsets each night and brekky on the balcony each morning (a standard inclusion). The room itself was super cute, split over two levels with air conditioning on both levels to beat the summer heat. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the cable car down to the old port, but yet far enough from the clubs so you don’t get any noise into the night when you want to sleep. Also only 5 or so minutes walk to the bus station to get the bus to Oia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Be sure to arrange a transfer (the hotel can arrange) and have the hotel staff meet you at McDonalds to help you find the hotel and help with your bags.

We couldn’t control the hot tub and it would go off randomly through out the night

The location was perfect, and the scenery was out of this world. The room has a Jacuzzi tub and right at your balcony with the marvelous scenery.

You need to go down dozens of stairs to reach the reception desk and then climb up again to our room, as the entrance of the Hotel is from the top level. But that was not bad at all because they would help you to avoid that by servicing all your need up to your room, including check out. Also, the Jacuzzi water is always very hot, and we wished it was little bit chilled.

The male concierge made us feel welcome and was friendly and served us breakfast with a smile and a positive attitude

Upon arrival the spa clearly contained body fats /oils . We did not use at all during our stay When raised on the condition the male spa manager was very rude . The guest manager agreed to have the water changed which did occur however. Once drained the timer was set at 2am to run for hour + for no reason whatsoever to only wake us up. The timer was not running prior until is was drained The pipes need to cleaned by a specialist prior to using as the body fats still appeared around the bath even though not used by us

Nefeles Luxury Suites is a truly remarkable, luxurious property to indulge for the ultimate stay in Santorini. The rooms are a great siize and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own private jacuzi on their own balcony, with perfect views of cruise ships arriving in port, or just the perfect outlook for sunrises and sunsets. Its in the perfect location, close to all eateries and attractions market stalls and boutique shops. All of the staff were so friendly, always greeting us with a welcoming smile and offering us helpful tips and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a memorable stay in Santorini.
