The room was very clean. We were blown away with the friendliness of the staff, especially the man that met us to bring our bags down, brought us breakfast, answered all of our questions and was so nice. (I'm sorry I don't remember his name!!!!) The breakfast was so delicious! Can we have the recipe for the pancakes????

Another set of towels would have been lovely as the other ones didn't dry quickly in the room. Another blanket in the room as my husband kept stealing the covers. : )

It was clean and quiet, food was great and the service was top notch

There was one of the rooms that had a second floor with no rail on the part open to the Stairs. Room 2, extremely dangerous especially when u think of older people. They need to fix it…it’s a bad accident waiting to happen and is easily resolved

Location & Views were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable. Spacious.

I was SO looking forward to this hotel. I splurged on this hotel compared to the rest of my trip. We had a lovely 2 bed/2 bath suite with hot tub & plunge pool. A real dream accommodation. Hot tub did not work! Said they would fix it & didn’t. Was also dirty. Tiles were missing from the pool bottom. Inside door handle was broken & we were locked in. Said they would fix it & didn’t. Requested & had confirmed in writing a 1 pm check in. Room was not ready until after 2. Had a 3p tour. Nefeles did not provide what I paid for & I should receive a partial refund.

"Amazing rooms with great views"

- Amazing location with easy access to Fira stores, restaurants. - Great views from the unit of the town and the water. - Units were clean and modern - Staff were really helpful and friendly towards us

- Hot tob was not that warm compared to other hotels, and hard to enjoy if it's not sunny. But we appreciated the staff increasing the temperature to make it a bit better.
