Easy check in, room was clean, spacious and bed very comfy

The room was near the kitchen exit of the pub. Kitchen staff were not considerate when emptying bins late at night it was noisy. Staff for breakfast at the pub were not particularly helpful or welcoming.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The shower was disappointing with low pressure and a lot of water escaping onto the floor as it was not fully enclosed.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The outside appearance however was drab and unkept with grass growing out of the gutters and peeling paintwork everywhere the general upkeep of the area was very disappointing. Unfortunately the inside was not much better with torn seats and the decor wanting a much needed makeover.

Great location with free parking and good range of shops opposite and cafe/restaurants. Good value for money.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything i needed. Perhaps a female would need a hair dryer? I certainly didn't! Venue was very close to the crematorium for the next days funeral. Food was ok too and plentiful.

The weather. Out of your control!

Having stayed at Inn Keepers Lodges before i was looking forward to a cintinental breakfast .simple and easy sadly this was not available . Just an over cooked English Breakfast .no cereal no yougart most unhealthy .

A better breakfast selection would have improved things
