Easy access, quick checking in and out. Friendly staff. Rooms clean. Bed very comfy

Rooms and hotel itself a bit tired and dated

Lovely room just to hot, air con would have made it 100%. Perfect only having a shower. Online check in and express check in brilliant. Location was perfect. Only issue was a bit of plastic in food but staff sorted quickly. Would definitely go back

It was clean and seemed nice and new.

It was a good way out of the town centre.

Outside area dirty, and unkempt, both at the rooms and the pub. Shame because can’t fault the staff, very helpful. Needs a good clean up everywhere.

Dirty outside, bed not very comfortable, shower needs mold remover round the screen/bottom.

The room was very clean and fresh. Very reasonable for a bed

The breakfast was very poor quality and not very hot. Looked as if it had been sat there for a while. Had to pay extra for coffee/tea which is a rip off. Would definitely not eat there again and this would put me off staying at the motel because we enjoy a decent breakfast when we are away.
