"Wouldn’t stay again."

The hotel was close to the ferry port and the view was nice

Ended up with different room to what I had booked online. Ended up splitting my family up in different rooms. The rooms weren’t the best and very outdated. Beds weren’t comfy and tvs didn’t work the best. Spiders in bathroom. All rotted wood round windows and chipped. Asked staff for two cans of juice in the morning he asked what I was looking for I told him and never seen the juice or him again.he was very rude.

The room was lovely, and so quiet even though it's opposite the ferry terminal which was handy.

"Perfect"

A beautiful Victorian hotel… Who would have though that someone from a working-class background could one day stay in such a charming place. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the location perfect, and the bed wonderfully comfortable. The hotel is remarkably quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay, and the parking is both easy and convenient.

The sash window wouldn't stay open. The shower water was sometimes a bit cold. But these were just minor details.
