Hotel Gurudev Grand

Even though the hotel room is decent size but bathing towel, linen, hand towel, consumables are not of great quality or quantity. Service is extremely poor, staff is not trained at all.

Price is too high and also staff and service is extremely poor. I picked this hotel as my relatives stays close by, but despite having a deluxe room reservation including breakfast, they were adamant on executive room without breakfast and I had to pay extra to get my room. Also, I requested for extend the check out as I had my doctors appointment, very insensitive.people didn't even bother to help. I would not never stay there or recommend anyone. This type of service should not be costing more 2500rs, they are exorbitantly high for what they are providing.

My family and I had an extended stay of 16 days at Gurudev Grand in Kalyan, and it was an absolute pleasure. Finding a hotel that combines comfort and security in Kalyan without breaking the bank was a gem. The facilities provided were top-notch, and cleanliness was maintained impeccably throughout our stay. The interactions with the staff were delightful, and their commitment to security was commendable, ensuring a safe and reassuring environment. A highlight of our experience was the exceptional reception staff. From the beginning to the end of our stay, they went above and beyond to make our time hassle-free. Location-wise, the hotel's placement in a bustling area of Kalyan was great. Its proximity to roads leading to Thane/Mumbai and the nearby Metro Mall in Kalyan East made commuting effortless. We mostly relied on Uber- rickshaws and cabs for our local travels, easily accessible right outside the hotel. Convenience was at our fingertips with Reliance Fresh, a small grocery store situated close by. Additionally, the proximity to Khadkpada provided us with a variety of food options, including popular chains like McDonald's, KFC, Subway, and Domino's. Moreover, the hotel's adjacency to a vegetarian restaurant offering in-room service added an extra layer of convenience for dining choices.

One aspect that could be improved was the limited variety of Western food options, breakfast.

Cleanliness as advertised. Sumptuous buffet food and nice spacious room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Electric points well positioned. Water and other refreshments provided. Staff were helpful. Breakfast catered for Indian or Western needs.

Although the restaurant was good, when it came to paying, the machine would not accept my visa credit card, and I had no cash on me. Fortunately, I had some in my room and was able to resolve the question. The problem came as a surprise to me, as I had used the same card a couple of hours before to pay for the hotel room. The restaurant needs a machine that accepts payments with foreign credit cards.
