Actual property and rooms were neat, clean and modern and incl complementary snacks.

The breakfast really needs to improve and include a variety of foods. More pastries and muffins would be nice. Really lacking in terms of the breakfast and had to order out. Some of the sockets in my room didn’t work and had to request adaptors from staff. Room also didn’t have an iron in it and had to request this every day.

"Expensive for what you get"

Comfortable beds

Reception staff are not very friendly and not very helpful. We checked in at 1630 and our room was not ready for another 30 minutes, when it was, there were old soap wrappers from the previous night and a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast wasn't anything special
