"Nice hotel but the customer service not up to the mark."

Good spacious rooms and very clean bathrooms.

Overall staff and management is not up to the mark which makes your overall experience a bit unsatisfactory. For example, 1) I had to explain to the security guard at the gate that i have a booking here whenever i drive in or out. This is basic. 2) Another thing - Room key stops working on the 2nd day. I had to go to the reception and they tell me that it is now configured for 3 days (my stay). Again basic but careless attitude. 3) I gave for laundry after getting confirmation that i will get them back by next day 11am. Until 3pm, nothing came. Finally when i called them up and asked, the person had no clue about my clothes. He finally came after 30 mins with the clothes.
