Breakfast was just okay. Location was convenient for me.

Front office staff and person who parked my car in the parking was very rough in driving and was very arrogant as well.

Complimentary breakfast is not upto the mark

It’s bookings.com listing is hacked, the hackers keeps on posting messages saying your booking may be cancelled if you don’t verify credit card. Please do not fall for this scam. Never provide credit card information to any site that is not booking.com Even after bringing management’s notice, it’s not resolved. The hacker still seem to have access to their web portal as of writing this review

When we arrived, the hotel stated that we did not have a reservation. They showed me an email communication to booking.com stating that my reservation had been cancelled!!! You guys (booking.com), never informed me of this cancellation!!!! My family and I had to find another hotel for 1 night until this hotel had rooms available! This could have been disastrous. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate and had 6 rooms available the next day.
