The breakfast was good

The place needs renovation.. the shower was not working, the ceiling looked scary and there were no toiletries.

Hotel staff not treating well for customers we had a bad experience even they charge more money than what we see in the Booking.com even they gave invoice less than what we paid. We are not recommending this hotel for any customer.

Great Location and Friendly staff.

Maintenance of the property. Even though my booking said pay at the property, there were repeated emails that if I do not pay a certain amount my booking may be cancelled. After making the payment there was no receipt given.

Unhygienic and Unsafe Stay Fell sick within 30 minutes of switching on the AC,clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The first-floor room offered no privacy, so opening the window wasn’t an option. Exposed electrical outlets made the stay feel unsafe. Wouldn't recommend unless these issues are fixed.

With due respect, the elderly receptionist was rude and unapproachable. Wouldn’t recommend unless major improvements are made.

Horrible experience. Washroom was bad, all broken things like tiles, hand shower. They cost so much but no breakfast included, they asked for more money for breakfast.
