Location was easily accessible

Poorly maintained building and rooms. Weak WiFi connection. Television not working. Towels and bedsheets spreads were in an unhygienic condition with full of stains and dirt. The air conditioning was in a poor condition with full of dust in the room because of which we experienced nasal blockages and congestion.

First room i was booked in was not quiet because of noise outside the room. Hotel personnel checked, could not solve, but got another room. Good solution, thanks
