Not a single point to like

We a group of 6 banking executives (4 ladies and 2 gents) from Sri Lanka came for a personal visit to Banglore on 09.01.2025 around 00.15 am. Before our arrival we made a hotel reservation to FabHotel Phonix Resorts - Nr M Chinnaswamy Stadium in 3/2 Lady Curzon Road, Shivaginagar - Blangore, India for 3 double rooms for 4 nights starting from 08.01.2025 depending on the photos, and views shared in booking.com website. We made a advance payment of INR 9190 for the reservation. So directly from the flight we came to Hotel around 3. 45am . First impression on the appearance and the cleanliness of your hotel was not pleasant for us. How ever considering the time we decided to check in even for the morning session. Hotel room was completely not in a condition to stay and after our request only they changed the bed linen. Room has a very bad smell, untidy bed sheets and pillow cases too. Wash rooms were not properly cleaned , lights not working and hot water was not available properly. Water bottles, towels, kettle were not availabe. So considering all these facts we moved to a quality hotel nearby.

They have refused to give room

Internet was worse. Even mobiles were not getting connected to wifi.

Service was slow and poor. Dirty towels, no bath tissue, bathroom not in great shape. Broken tiles, faded doors. Good location though.
