Excellent property in a serene setting. The staff led by Javed were very accommodating and helpful. Will surely visit again.

The Phoenix Resorts was lovely. Nice bath and plenty of space. Worth asking for help when connecting to Netflix and streaming shows as it's not easy to figure out. Staff are wonderful. BreakFast was also Hot and as per palate.

Why is this Hotel Phone Number not given anywhere? I even checked with Google who could not give it to me. Why was i asked to pay an Advance amount to secure my booking and got no Receipt for it? Very disappointed with this experience,although the Hotel Manager sorted out the matter after we arrived.

The Fabhotels Call Centre, Harish, who told me i had to pay an Advance and when i did so, i got no response when i called the number 7042424242.

Wifi

The first room had bed bugs, and was moved next door where the reception staff were not very happy , also the cleanliness of the room was terrible. pillows were stained and the bathroom had mould everywhere , on the walls, shower curtain.but the sink and toilet, were clean.the bathroom smelt of sewage. The second room was the same but the bed sheets were clean.but Had a free breakfast but it was not mentioned and the reception staff were rude . I would definitely not recommend the hotel and booking .com really need to look at this as this was totally unacceptable in every way.
