HOTEL SHRINGAR PALACE

Very spacious rooms and very clean. Good ambience. The staff is also courteous and polite.

Food is not that great. Room service is poor. We ordered Breakfast for one person and even after waiting for 45 mins. It dint come so I went to the restaurant myself. Restaurant service is also not fast.

The restaurant food and staff were terrific.

The room was very spacious as was the bed. The room was also clean and the television worked well.

The hotel was great when it opened but time has not passed unnoticed. The toilet had some stuff (poo) in the corner underneath the rim(?), the dustbin in the bathroom had not been cleaned and the glass separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom was glazed over (probably a lot of calcium).

Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient to station. Room service for breakfast was prompt. Good value.

Very bad behaviour from manager. He is the one who spoiling this hotel.

Rooms were big and clean.Staff was friendly and was very near to railway station yet no sound was heard inside the rooms
