Location was very good. Room was very modern and clean (family suite). Room service was not available but staff kindly made this available as we arrived quite late ! Thanks for that

Not very eco friendly as the hot water system was not very efficient and led to wasting of buckets of cold water to get the hot one! Should look at sorting this. Food was excellent except ruined by salty chapati which is not what we were expecting.

They upgraded our room as our booked room type wasn't available. Room was clean, bathroom spacious. Overall happy with the stay

Pricing could be a bit on the lower side.

Good location if you need to catch an early train. Many restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff of the hotel, Mr.Imtiaz was were very co-ooerative, Hotel was very neat, clean. and maintained.

Staff, cleanliness, location, facilities

There was no hot water available inspite informing to the reception there was no arrangements made even after 3 hours. My mother who's senior citizen age 78 need to take shower with normal water. I will recommend customers to carry own water heater in winter season if they want to stay in this hotel.
