Stay I liked a lot It was a pleasant stay Food also was good

Staff was not co-operative I had to checkout at 4 PM and this was informed during check-in. I called them in the morning to checkout and make the bills ready, but after I went to reception, they started preparing the bill and the parking gate was closed and I had to move thrice to inform the staff to open the gate of the parking. In fact I also had to stay along with the security to get the gate opened. And in this entire process, I lost my 45 minuts which in turn had an impact on my onward journey

Room is spacious, well maintained and clean

Complimentary breakfast not provided although they have own hotel. Heater also take long time to get water heated.. expensive

Size of the room was great. The staff are very helpful and nice.location is central. Bang opposite the railway station main road entrance.

Area is very noisy , constant honking and traffic . Dust pollution is high. The balcony in the room is unusable because of layer of dust and pollution. Not clean. Room dint have mini fridge and no kettle . The bathroom , shower is outdated and no water pressure. No space to hand clothes/ towels. No racks for toiletries. Just 1 hook . Food was very average . Just had lunch and was not very good. But you can swiggy and the hotel will help u with plates and spoons.

The location and facilities at the hotel are good and well maintained.

The rates at booking.com is much higher than the actual property rates. secondly, i had requested late check infor which the property did not respond beforehand. So i had to extend the room for second day at the hotel directly and at the rates of the hotel. eventhough my extended stay was less than 10 hrs, they charged me for 24 hours. The hotel staff says they cannot provide late check in and charge as per 24 hours check in check out due to one reason. booked via website. I have booked many times from various websites at different hotels. Everywhere, they were cooperating to provide 24 hrs check in even when out timings are different from the check in and out timings mentioned at the website. the staff present at the hotel during my check out was very rude when asked about clarifications regarding charging for 24 hrs even when my stay was for less than 10 hrs. The staff when I checked in was very polite. Further, food was very bad.
