"Enjoyed Our Stay"

The staff was outstanding and were very helpful. We enjoyed that we were within walking distance of a main plaza and a great restaurant serving Ecuadorian food, Tamal Lojano.

We thought by booking online the payment had been made to the hotel, but it had just been reserved and so we had to work out paying at the hotel. However, the staff was very helpful in working with us to complete payment.

The blinds were too light needs darker curtain. Shower needs more privacy.

"Very close to city center and quiet till 7 a.m."

free coffee and bottled mineral water...I arrived at seven in the morning after a dreadful bus ride from Quito that took16 hours and they gave me a room with only a one day charge...very attentive staff

a warning that evidence of alcohol use in the room would bring a $25 fine, a soiled towel $10, a soiled sheet $25
