It was clean, hot shower and nice stuff. Also there were water for refill, tea, coffee downstairs so it’s very convenient, thanks!

a little bit noisy because of the street nearby. So I needed to sleep with my earplugs. And the double bed was kind of small for two people but actually it’s spread situation here in Ecuador)

"Bad, not what was advertised and promised."

Female clerk in afternoon was pleasant.

The room did not have a city view as promised in the booking. Told that I would have to pay more if I wanted to see the city lights. Also, extremely small room. Not at all like what was shown in the picture. Felt it was a classic, "Bait and Switch," situation. I was rushed for time when I checked in as we had a concert to attend, otherwise, I never would have stayed there. Felt ripped off!
