"Very bad. No coordination and the staff is helpless."

When I reached the hotel at 3am, I was informed that there are no rooms available inspite of making the booking prior to my trip.

They couldn't help me with anything and were providing another hotel which was 10 km away.

They didn't give us the room we booked. They want extra charges for providing room. Please remove them from your site. They never gives rooms as per your website rates.

Nothing to like. From the check in itself we understand its not fair. I booked for Rs 900 but when we reached there they told me to pay 1200 your booking was suspended from oyo. Very bad experience with them. Never go anyone there.
