"The stay was good other than the issue with the booking."

Close to Lulu mall and KIMS. Rooms are big enough and has a pleasant atmosphere.

We booked this hotel through booking.com and have received the confirmation from them too. However when we arrived, we were told that they don't have any confirmation from booking .com. Even after showing our booking details and confirmation from our email they were not accepting that confirmation. We tried to contact them earlier about our late arrival through the phone number provided on the email but the calls were not answered. We had to pay double price (9000rs) from the actual booking price. Which was very disappointing. We arrived at around 9 Pm and since we were travelling with kids and their grandparents, we we had no other option than to take these rooms with a higher price. It felt as if we had been cheated. We request Booking.com to enquire about this issue and provide us the feed back as we do not want any other families to be cheated like us in the future.

They were big fraud, my booking confirmed to app but reached property ( your booking not recived the system) they were asking double charges. Don't book anybody.

"Disappointing and cheated"

It’s a scam. Do not book this property. We confirmed the room for a price but upon arrival at the hotel the receptionist asked us to pay more than 3 times of what was confirmed. We ended up paying the amount he asked for as it was too inconvenient for us to look for a different hotel with all the luggage and a kid. It’s a shame that booking.com is involved with such hotels
