The location maybe called good. Apart from that everything was terrible.

The best thing for you to do is to take off this from your listing. Terrible staff! Pure scam method to loot money. Arrived after getting confirmation from the booking.com by paying half the payment. Once there the attitude of the staff was terrible. They keep saying the booking is not there and we will have to pay more money. I called the customer care of ooo and they assisted me to find another hotel. The staff were keep telling lies such as the official customer care number of oyo automatically reaches their hotel staff. I asked them to name the staff and they were telling lies. Caught their lies redhanded! Unfortunately I didn't read reviews of the same hotel, where people already called out their scam. If I find the hotel again in oyo or booking.com, I ill definitely feel pity for both..Terrible! Zero professionalism. Keep away!!

I had booked one dormitory/bed at this property for the date 12-08-2023 . For this booking i paid 330 INR partial amount (half approx) on 10-08-2023 , but when i reached at hotel reception person denied to check in. He said no room is vacant here on the booked date whereas while booking time it was get confirmed through booking.com website. I called customer care where call directed to Oyo hotel service provider he offered me another cheap hotel on this amount. I denied and asked for refund. Today is 07-10-2023 but no refund initiated till the date. No help from oyo customercare. Booking.com is also not responding. Totaly bad experience from hotel staff, oyo hotel inked here with booking.com. totally disappointing and fake service overall. Booking.com urge to take this issue seriously and resolve also so that i can get the refund.
