They ask 200 rs extra for the stay ither than the amount mentioned in the gpay

charged 1500, where as on app, I booked it for 900. Don't book this hotel at all. very bad service

Reception person was not available 24/7. At night, no receptionist. No drinking water facility.

Oyo traven premium didn't give room after confirming with booking.com. i booked it for 1155 and they asked 1500 for the room when we arrived. Y are you keeping these frauds in ur site??? We travelled a lot and wanted to rest before the flight. They didn't give as confirmed. I later checked the reviews later on and its all the same they are booked in lower price in booking. Com and asking a higher price when we reach the property. They wasted so much of our time for parking and atlast we had to take all our luggages back and search for another room elsewhere. That lady in the counter was very problematic and the room boy was behaving without any respect!!! Is this how the customer should be treated???
