"Generally a very good experience and I hope to be guest at Swastika when I am in Jaipur again."

The promptness of the service by housekeeping and the reception. My colleague complained of a cockroach and the staff moved us to a different room immediately while their personnel took care of pest control in the said room! The bathrooms, too, were spacious and clean.

Information about breakfast. I had to leave without breakfast.

Location is pretty good

Staff are non cooperative facilities are very bad even water is not available for drinks. Expensive one with that poor facility.
