No towels in the washroom no toiletries available

Could not track the hotel got the number called them tell the location where the hotel is they informed check the net and kept the phone ....this is they treat the costumers

The location is good, it's near to bus stand and Railway Station both and also the metro. The staff was polite and responsive. They also have 2 wheeler rental available which was easy to get and was a nice vehicle.

The rooms were not that clean, we found too much cockroaches crawling around on the floor and on the bed as well. We informed the staff and they changed our room but still on the other room there were few cockroaches. We faced issue with AC as well which was not working consistently. The glass provided in the room was not clean. If you want to drink anything ask for clean glass separately. Allover it is a basic 3 star hotel with very basic facilities and room categories.
