Very smelly rooms, noisy fans, ac not working, frequent power cuts, smelly and broken toilets

The room was clean, well kept, and easily accessible from the office complexes nearby. The bathroom was very clean and had hot water. Toiletries were provided too. My room had a large table...good for working if anyone needs to. Many cupboards too. There are lots of eateries around for lunch or dinner options, but I was able to order food delivery online and it was delivered to my room. Quite liked the flexibility of this option as most hotels don't allow outside food to be brought in, let alone allow the delivery guys to deliver upto the room. The reception was also able to cater to my request for booking transport for the next morning. All in all, good for a night's stay in a budget place.

The sheets and towels looked a bit old and used. Clean, but old. They could've been better laundered (bleached) and starched.

Simple but complete facilities. Great location, near to airport.

Some cockroaches were visible in bathroom, the room was overall clean. The toilets also seemed okay.

We did not get hot water from tap itself we had to use heater rod but it was very inconvenient.
