FabHotel Happy Homely Stay - Airport road

- Staff (particularly the manager) is incredibly unpolite. When I arrived there, it was 4 am and I couldn't change money in the airport. Credit cards don't work in this stay. And the apps, through which you can pay, are Indian apps. Google Wallet also doesn't work. So I couldn't pay during check in, the receptionist took my passport and told me, I've to pay till lunch to get my passport back. When I went down around 10 am, another receptionist (I suppose he was the manager) was very aggressive and yelling at me like 'where is my money'. He was mentioning like I slept there 3 hours illegally. I had to go to a bank to draw money WITH one of the staff, so that "I don't run away" (eventhough they had my passports still). I paid and checked out after. - rooms don't have anything to the with the rooms on photos. Bed sheets are torn, have holes on them. - location got some good points till now. I can not agree on that. It is in a living area near the airport and far away from everywhere. No place to eat smt nearby.

That they accepted our booking after 2 hotels in Pune didn't let us stay because we were foreign.

No windows, really noisy people in the hallway after midnight

Toilet paper were not in room. Had to ask for everything. No tea and coffee. Got 2 of each, which throw on table. Broken teacup. Rip carpet. Trip few times Only one water bottle. Refuse for another one. Had to ask for everything. Cleaning staff rude. Can't upload all pics

Rude behavior of the staff,quality of food was very bad and money minded need to pay full amount wen checking the hotel.
