Excellent hospitality especially staff behaviour. Excellent free breakfast. Amazing variety of south indian and some continental, very tasty. They gave us a room with Jacuzzi for second day.

Swimming pool can be seen from dining area- privacy issue for some.

The best part of the resort was its location . Not too far again not too close to the chaos of the populated areas. Neat and tidy, the resort makes you feel at home. Food may seem to be pricy but the quantity and quality justifies the same. Staffs equally polite. Special mention to Mr Alex he moved out of his way to help me with my travel plan and sight seeing even when I planned the trip all by myself and not through hotel. Moreover Sprise Munnar ensures that your stay is a memorable one .
