Breakfast is tasty but there are limited options, it was carb heavy. Cleaning needs improvement, sheets and pillows were marked and stained, bed sheets had sindur on it. Pillow covers were filthy but they changed immediately after we requested.

The location of the place was great, rooms overlooking the mountains. Staff were very friendly from the get go. The rooms were clean and spacious. The Spa facilities were good and would accommodate our needs and time. The pool was nice and was cleaned everyday.

The food was average, the restaurant had buffet options and a'la carte, but we felt forced to choose the buffet option by the staff. When we enquired about A' la carte they said it would be the same dishes as the buffet but it would take longer to serve it to us which didn't make any sense as they were already there. Some of the buffet dishes were not ready on time and it would arrive only after we would finish our meals, so it was not good value for money. The taste of the food was average too. Room service menu was limited too, when we tried to order a snack most of the things were not available. There was also no Hot water available in one of the rooms.

Excellent brakefast with lots of variety menu... resturant is very neat and clean..maintained well ..The resturant staffs Especially Arya, Nirmala and kalidas were very dedicated and so happy to serve us whatever we wanted.. They are just so nice to each guests..So happy for them... Wanted to mention specially Thomas the manager and Prayag , They both treated us very nicely , whatever the need they will find a solution..They arranged local site seeing..each and every need .. nice to have them like a close friend...Thanks alot

The consept of villa is little unfemiliyer to us that two family sharing one big balcony and living room

Sprise resort is located amidst the most beautiful setting nature can provide. The views are breath taking and are a sight to see and experience. The food available at breakfast or room service is diverse and tasty. The rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. The amenities provided are good. Our entire stay was made comfortable and memorable by each and every member of the staff. Every staff be it at reception, restaurant, housekeeping or spa are exceptionally courteous and take care of their guests great diligence. They try and accommodate any of your requests as much as possible and strive to make your stay one of the most memorable experiences ever.

This is like a service apartment. Will not feel like a resort. Shown private balcony, but it didn't have private balcony. It was shared between two rooms,which has common hall. We were given room 111. Food menu is not updated. We felt only limited items could see on first day. Later came to know from others and we had to request what else they can give us. It should be informed to guests earlier. Breakfast no issues at all. As many rooms are there, people use pool on summer. Even though instructions are written, people enter pool without constume and swimming caps. Could see the hairs. Pool instructions should be told at the time of check in. Finally for payment, credit cards of amex and axis visa card didn't work.

Very clean and well maintained surrounding.

The balcony is shared between two rooms, there should be direct access with private balcony. The same balcony can be utilized with separation .
