Exceptional food choices in buffet catering. Great clean room offering clean comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh clean linen. Great gym,sauna, steam room facilities along with an amazing pool. Hotel Runway Holiday Inn is a definite choice if your wanting to unwind before your flight out of India where the facilities here allows you to totally unwind. Only a very short cheap Uber ride to International airport. Well done Holiday Inn.

This place could be a goldmine if properly managed. Had an early flight out so thought I would try this hotel despite the poor ratings. My stay was during the tail end of a hot summer & even after complaining the air conditioning wasn't working, I was handed a remote which I guess was supposed to make me feel like I had control over my room temperature. However, the remote was fake or wasn't working properly so pretty much didn't sleep well all night. My bedsheets & towels had holes & the bed mattress itself was uncomfortable. The hallways are very nice & the lobby is fine so I thought the room would match but... no... Outdated with some lighting not working & bathroom not clean. I am not sure if breakfast was included but opted not to try it.

Air conditioning was poor or not working. The room itself felt pretty gross.

Food was ok. Location was good. They arranged my ride to the airport.

Tried 4 rooms to find working AC. First room had black mold across the entire headboard. The room i settled on had no hot water and no toilet paper. They need to change the name to run-away hotel.

The restaurant was fabulous. Staff were attentive and very helpful. We loved the rooftop swimming pool. We were right at the airport but no noise.

The bed was hard and the sheets were rough.
