"It was a value for money stay as I had to catch an early morning flight."

I liked the food very much. I had order custom made veggies and they made it just perfect. Also, the starters were just perfect.

Housekeeping can be imporved.

"Fine stay, disappointing payment situation"

Room was fine, sheets smelled a bit like smoke.

When I went to pay their machine wouldn’t accept any of my credit cards. They had to take me on their motor bike to two different ATMs (first one didn’t work). Quite annoying.

Location as it’s adjacent to airport

Staff specially the night duty receptionist highly unprofessional & untrained - it felt like we had stepped into some street side hotel. No food after 11pm - I checked in 11:15 receptionist said we don’t serve any food after 11pm even after request didn’t helped. Morning 5:30am hotel staff opened my room with duplicate key & when I asked why u entered without knocking gave an excuse it’s ur checkout time @ 5:30am in morning
