Valley Boutique Hotel

We arrived in the evening, around 20. It was Ramadan, and they just had a big feast. We was hungry, and asked for dinner. They recommend a restaurant close to the hotel. We found it after a while, they was closed. It was impossible to get something to eat. It was closed all over. We asked for some fruit at the hotel. So, we got that. We was tired and hungry after traveling for 12 hours. The next day, they told us to prebook lunch and dinner. We did. Then they told us, it’s all closed. They told us to download an app, and order food to the hotel. If we could find any places in Safi that could deliver food to the hotel. So, we checked out 1 day before planned, even if we payed for 2 nights. We can’t go on a holiday, to a hotel with no food, or no restaurant. We booked this trip 2 months before we get there, so they had plenty of time to plan something to eat to their guests. On top of that, some dogs was barking all night, keeping us awake.

It’s a very new hotel, clean

On Booking, the price per night of the room was indicated in Euro, which was €124.1 and to be paid at the hotel by card. When we reached, Hotel converted it to Moroccan Dirham by using a rate of 11.16, which is much higher than the normal exchange rate and it is actually equal to €130.2. This is like cheating!

Great location, quiet and comfy.

They believe oket the suite but on arrival we were offered a room which was done disappointing. Also breakfast needs improvement with more variety.
