Valley Boutique Hotel

Very modern and clean, staff were very polite and helpful.

Location wasn’t very good, the beds were hard and the mattress protector made me sweat.

Very good and clean hotel with an awesome and friendly staff.

The walls are quite thin, but it is not as bad.

It was communicated that the hotel has in it a covered pool, fitness spaces and spa, which was not the case it was decentralized, and when we went to check they have multiple conditions to get in and not all the family can enter in the same time, and that not all days the pool is open and there are some days for women and others for men and others for children so this should be specified in the hotel description to not be taken as plus and once there to find that’s soooo different, the restaurant too is not in the same building it’s nearby and doesn’t not follow the rules or working hours of the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable and excellent facilities

The staff was very friendly, though they didn't speak English much but they did their best to facilitate the conversation. Syed at the dinner service was very kind and hospitable. The hotel was a peaceful place to stay overlooking the valley. The staff took great care of small things like getting an extra bed (crib) for our 3rd child. Breakfast was good and fresh. Coffee is amazing. Thank you Syed for making it twice for me. The pool was nice but a bit cold. Attentive staff overall. Peaceful location with close amenities. Shopping and beach are near by. 24h pool is a plus. Rooms were amazing and big size (our suite had extra large king bed and two single sofa beds for kids.)

Dinner was not the best, it was cold even after a long wait time. However, Syed immediately heard it up and apologized for the food to arrive. Seems like the food service is still in the establishment. The pool could be cleaner. Recommend a heated and clean pool please.

The best hotel in Morocco

The hotel is brand new and very well located. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The suite is extremely spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast and meals were of high quality, and the service was excellent, with a lovely view. Highly recommended
