Location was amazing, beach just perfect. Nice quiet area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the one associated with the hotel was fab. Room an appropriate size.

Bed uncomfortable, really uncomfortable. Lighting in room not good for reading especially with the dark decor. Bathroom in desperate need of update. AC unit was either on or off, not able to adjust it.

Room was good, AC worked great. Hot water, amenities, bed - no concerns. Balcony chair broke and had no cushions, which would have been appreciated as the hard cane was too tough to sit on. Good location, decent crowd, quiet, and quick access to the beach and nearby essentials' shops. Seafood was good. Best was the Spaghetti Alle Vongole; highly recommended. Subbed in prawns and calimari instead of clams due to unavailability; excellent. Fish overall was a miss (tried the pomphret) - quantity felt too small.

Food was hit or miss. Menu was not great... no pizzas, fresh coffee (only french press) but missed out on cold coffees / cappuccinos / etc. Breakfast setup was late and frankly boring, which was disappointing. Omelettes were hit and miss. First one I ordered on Saturday was a big hit. The head breakfast chef was not available on Monday and hence the omelette that day was a big, big miss. Sandwiches were disappointing. Too much bread and too little filling despite asking specifically for it to be filled well.

The view is good but I was not happy with the service they provided the restaurant is also bad it was better before never coming back here

Stayed in the Classic Room with Sit-Out at Woodpegger by the Beach and it was a genuinely peaceful experience. The room was simple, clean, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a quiet getaway. While not overly fancy, it had all the essentials: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and good air conditioning. The real highlight was the sit-out area. It added a lot of charm — great for reading, sipping coffee, or just enjoying the sounds of nature. There was a nice sense of privacy, and you could feel the sea breeze even though the beach was just a few minutes' walk away. The property itself is tucked away in a calm, green setting which adds to the relaxed vibe. Staff were courteous, check-in was smooth, and they were helpful with local tips when asked. Overall, if you're looking for a no-fuss, nature-friendly beach stay with a touch of charm, the Classic Room with Sit-Out is a great pick. Would happily return.

Woodpegger is right on the beach, Rooms are worth every penny. Has a huge balcony facing beach. It’s 100 mtrs away from main road so no noise and air polution. Staff are very friendly and they were reachable at any point of time. House keeping team did there best. following up on room clean to need An extra towel or water bottle. I totally love the vibes of this place.

Not a party place. No loud music.
