good location. walking distance to attractions. breakfast was tasty and varied. fairly decent sized rooms. staff was friendly enough. overall, not bad.

aging facilities. it's overdue for a renovation. lots of peeling paint. dingy tile grout. lots of dingy, cracking, chipped or peeling facilities. old sheets that were pilling. we asked for new sheets. when new, this was probably a really nice hotel.

Nice, comfortable and modern room apparently recently refurbished. It was a really great standard considering how cheap it was. Very nice dinner and breakfast. I appreciated an omelette being made without any spice for my western palate.

The lights kept going off leaving me in total darkness in the bathroom. Very old and small towels. Laborious check-in and check-out procedure involving a sit down wait of over 30 mins.
