The location was good. Room was spacious.

Food, quality of service, customer care and hospitality. Though this is a 3-star hotel the cost of the room is on par with some of the 4 star hotels and the service was not up to that standard. We ordered a coffee and it was so bad. We were a family of 2 adults and 1 child and we had to argue to convert twin beds to one single bed. Please improve your service.
