The food was really bad. The bread that they served was cold (not even warm).

The location is good

The brekfast is almost same everyday.the staff are not that co-operative,no fridge or freezer in room.the wash room can be more tidy

It will be great if they extend restaurants timings till 11.30pm.

Good size rooms & furniture & a/c

Staff & their attitude was not same for all in general. Some partiality was shown. Our Check-in was delayed by 25 minutes for no reasons. We went early by 20 min but still They made us to wait 25 min beyond check-in time even though It was not busy at all. But they were doing other guests who arrived later than us while we were waiting. Also they didn’t apologise & didn’t give a reason for same. (Passively rude!) During the stay for room service they gave us one food item the wrong order and was claiming money for it later. Very poor service - we have to call reception more than 2 times to remind for house keeping services. Cable Tv was not working- have to remind many times to fix it which took more than 1 day. Breakfast was good but the staff service was poor in-terms of providing cups & jugs for drinking water. While checking out they put a blame on us that one white towel had blood stains without informing us about the incident the same time they were doing house keeping service. This is a false accusation & They were totally lying that they informed us. This is the first hotel in my life where my both check-in & check out was a bad experience due to the attitude of staff working there.
